The theme of toponymy in South Tyrol

The issue of toponymy is always very topical in South Tyrol.

As you may have noticed, all place names in South Tyrol are bilingual and in some cases trilingual.

The topic is hotly debated for years by politicians and consequently also turned into the carnival fun.

Great portrait of those two clever guys! I like their jackets and pants! Magnificent cobblestones there in that lovely street scene, too!

Karl, this is terrific. The guys seem to be having fun with their joke.
